I have always wanted a small pond with a waterfall feature. I absolutely love them, but in the past living in apartments or renting houses has made it impossible to have the chance at achieving this dream.

Well now we own our own home and I plan to make that dream a complete reality. However, it's going to take careful planning and consideration because we live in Montana where winters can be harsh and long.

It may be quite a while before I can tackle this project and really get it started, but until then I plan to do as much research and planning as I can, share my ideas and everything I've learned in what it takes to really achieve a long-lasting, year round pond out here in Montana.
