Our home was originally built in 1912 and it is full of personality. I believe it had some modern upgrades done to it in 1996 where they added on the deck that circles around most of the house as well as an added room located in front of the drive way. 

The workshop building with a built on alcove located in the backyard, was actually originally the first garage built in Thompson Falls Mt. Which we found to be really interesting and we hope to renovate and restore the building with time.

Of course, as with all older homes, they need TLC and some improvements which we are willing to tackle head-on. Covered here are a few of the in-house renovations and challenges we've come across and how we decided to address them.
